A 15% reservations and dispatch gratuity is charged on your bill as these people make sure your vehicles are serviced and drivers are on time without flaw doing research on your destinations and making sure your chauffeurs are awake for early morning pick-ups and are aware of traffic conditions.
Chauffeurs are responsible for cleaning our vehicles, ensuring your satisfaction, and making sure all maintenance gets done or is reported to our management. If you would like to tip your chauffeur cash or charge their tips to your credit card, you may do so at your request. Suggested chauffeur gratuity is 15% to 20% or more. This is a gift up to you.
Prom dates and similar events requiring a 6-hour minimum
A non-refundable one half down payment is required to book a prom or similar event. The remainder can be paid or charged as late as the day before the prom date or similar event. No underage drinking of alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed in our limousines.
